Collages 

Artist statement: The prompt for this assignment was to create a collage, print it onto transparency paper, and then develop it in the dark room. I chose to create my collages in Photoshop and made one just as a test run, then the other as a showcase of different sunsets I had taken photos of. When it came to the developed collages I think they came out pretty decent. The collage on the left could have had a little less exposure but you can still make out what it is supposed to be. If I had to do this again I would expose it for maybe a second less. As for the collage on the left, after two tries I got the exposure to be satisfactory. You can make out details in the darker bits and the light parts are just the right contrast. I am happy with how that one came out for the most part.
