Hands

Artist statement: The prompt for this assignment was to take a photo that showcased a hand or hands. I wanted to do a hand holding something in warm light, so multiple objects were held up in front of a light until I got what I was looking for. The texture and shadows in this photo were not intentional, but they add much more depth than I expected the photo to have.
