Photograms

Artist Statement:

So, this was new. These two photos are results of the first time that the whole class (as far as I know) was introduced to light sensitive paper. For this assignment we had to take objects that had something to do with who we were, and then lay them down onto the paper and make some sort of collection of items as seem above. A good chunk of the items I chose had more to do with making a cool print than having a connection to my life, but the items are all mine so its not like I stole from the nearest student at random and called it good. Overall, I think this could have come out a bit better, with non-exposed paper, but for my first time doing something like this, its not half bad!
