Words and Images

Artist Statement:

So, for this assignment, we had to take six photos. Three of words or sheet music, and then three portrait photos. Once that was completed, the next step was to upload them into photoshop and blend the two together using layers. The goal with blending and overlaying was to make the two photos fit, or "blend" together. After we were satisfied with the blending results, the next step was to colorize the photo. That would change up the whole color of the image to some unnatural shade the photo was not in before. That about sums up the whole process and was quite an experience. All in all, I don't think I did half bad and am quite fond of the fire one.
