Portraits

Artist Statement:

Here lies the last assignment for this class. I must say, it was quite a fun one. The assignment was to go around and take a full roll of photos filled with portraits. After that, like all the other film camera assignments, we had to develop and then make a print of one of our photos (above). I love how this photo came out, from the lighting to the background and to how it enhances the person. While developing the print it still came out a bit scratched, but not nearly as bad as some of the others I had done in other assignments. Overall, I liked how this whole thing came out!
