"It's not a victory if Para's injured!" Lyn countered. She finally reached the area where both QT and Elly were checking on the bunny girl. Or rather, where QT and Elly were each checking on a Para. Lyn froze a step behind Root, who was looking similarly confused.
"I think that Para's ours," Root said after a moment, pointing at the one standing next to QT.
"Yeah," Lyn said after a moment, eyeing the one that Elly was helping back to her feet. "The other one... her hair's kinda orange."
"Am I alright then?" both Paras said in unison. They turned to look at each other in surprise. "Did you just say... wow, how are you in my head? Check, check... vertex, turning point is there, vertex, just complete the square..."
"Hey, enough!" Cubi declared, having jumped down to join them all. "Hey, Conics, better start explaining yourselves!!"
"You think we know what happened?" Circe snarked. "If you Polys hadn't barged in..."
"Actually," Hyper interrupted, "It makes perfect sense in retrospect." Everyone turned to look at her. "My ZPM," the green haired scientist clarified, crossing her arms. "It must have momentarily caused Para's equation to go Parametric."
Root shook his head. "I don't see how the metric system applies," he protested.
