"There's still a chance," Hyper countered patiently. "Knowing more about Para now, I can adjust the serum to break down later, causing her to revert naturally. So that's what I'm working on."
"But for how much longer?!" Circe demanded. "You said Reci spoke to you earlier, those cursed Polys must be on to us by now!"
Hyper gulped at the remainder of her coffee. "Maybe an hour? Two with proper testing."
Circe let out a breath and began pacing. "Fine. But you might not be able to do your testing. I will not allow my plan - our plan - for demonstrating Conic superiority to be thwarted before it even begins!"
The green haired scientist lifted an eyebrow. "Without proper testing, the serum may have side effects. It could even turn Para into an actual bunny."
"Oh. Really?" Circe frowned, then shrugged. "Well, at least I won't be the first person with this name who's turning people into animals."
Hyper shook her head. "Circe, we're more geek than Greek."
