Inequalities, aren't equalities, they use greater or less,

Maybe not equal, if we don't want an "or" to cause us stress.

Greater means min, lesser means max, might include them or not,

So function ranges and their domains, have inequalities sought.

Inequalities, have some qualities, when we're solving with them,

Minus or plus will cause no trouble, division's mayhem.

Negatives swap the directions, multiplying likewise,

Soon we compound, abs values and roots, inequalities thrive.

(musical interlude)

Inequalities, need apologies, when we use them on graphs,

They fill up space, and even quadrants, or won't exist perhaps.

Subtract functions to reach zero, when comparing them here,

Now intervals will have solutions, as inequalities cheer.

Inequalities, have some policies, transitive is key,

A beating B and B beats C, means A's greater than C.

Paper, scissors and a rock, show how to mess up such rules,

So Efron's dice and likelihoods, break inequalities tools.

(musical interlude)

Inequalities, aren't equalities, they use greater or less,

Maybe not equal, if we don't want an "or" to cause us stress.

Greater means min, lesser means max, might include them or not,

So function ranges and their domains, have inequalities sought.

(Still function ranges and their domains, have inequalities sought.)
