I have a lot of problem.

The biggest problem is that I don't what the url, domain, web server is at all.

I thought that when I made a HTML file, it would automatically become a web.

I'm a Computer illiterate.

I may be supposed to submit the compressed HTML zip file eventually.

First of all, I will make file one by one.
