Over the past week I have tried to find what inpires me about the sky and clouds so much. Is it the way they work together? Depending on lighting (if it is very clouded) it can be more gloomy or more uplifting. It also depends on how people view it, once again. There are people that love the sun and others prefer a shield from the sunlight.
The sun is just there. It will not leave for the next billion years or so, so the picture its rays and body create will be seen for a long time and I wonder how people in the future might view this. With climate change and everything will people still gaze up at the sun or will they avoid it? Maybe they won't even be able to see it anymore because of some kind of natural phenomenon in the future.
The sun creates shadows and through shadows we have depth which in itself could be seen as if the sun was painting with the light it produces.
I spy with my eye a Ship
A bat? A bird? Maybe... maybe not
When I see cloud I still do the same thing I did as a little child; I try to see some figures or things in them. It is a playful way of thinking and more often then not gets my thoughts sorted out without me realizing.
These two pictures above are prime examples. Everyone could see something different.
The first picture for me the first time I saw it was a big ship followed by a smaller ship, but now when I look at it again, I can also see three kids (very abstract thinking) running after each other playing tag. So depending on my situation I interpreted something different in the picture I saw.
The second picture is easier in a way. For me the cloud with the three parts to it can only be something related to flying, but that is just me. It could be something completely different for the next person looking. So it could be a plain bird or maybe a bat, but bats do not really come out during the day so it does not really necessarily fit. If I used a lot of imagination it could also be a dragon of some sorts. It always depends the way you view it.
As I haved mentioned before a picture can be seen differently depending on age, mood, situation and many more. The more creative the person gets with their thoughts the more fun it is.
Clouds can have a very calming effect on a person and since their movement are very slow and they change every time it is very easy to get lost in them.
