I'm working on a new project!

<Pretty Man>

Last semester, I completed the work of 'Ato' by projecting a human being who is trying to recover pure nature through something cute with my companion dog, as a subject and a work of doubt about art.

I printed with the words 'GWIYEOUMYEON DAYA.(Cuteness is all)' on a picture of a puppy with a solid background reminiscent of an ID photo, and a liquify emphasizing innocent eyes, is widely printed on the 'Placard' and I hanged it in the center of the school.

The intention was to let audiences experience the irony through the work, and it can be said that it was a test work prior to the start of full-scale work.

Since then, I have been producing second work as a series that maintains similar frame and sentence forms with different themes.

This work can be said a 'Site-specific' work that acts as a kind of resistance and appeal for the problems such as sexual violence crimes and the conversion of General Female Students Association at Chung-Ang University.

I want to point out the erroneous society in which sexual objectification of women is prevalent.

The image is sadly familiar to us, so when a woman is a model, we don’t feel conscious. However, the problem is different if the object is opposite. At this point, it seems to be similar to the previous work in that it feels some irony.

I want to make a mirroring poster of 'Pretty Men' rather than 'Pretty Women' by collaging several advertising images.

The phrase "YEPPEUMYEONDAYA!(Pretty is all)" is written on the poster.
