I made 10 base glazes based on the above 7 raw materials in order to obtain a glaze with good color and stable condition. Celadon soil and white sandy soil specimens were oxidized and reduced and fired, respectively. As a result, the desired color was not shown due to the reaction of the ground color and iron in the celadon soil. Reduction firing was also judged to be necessary to obtain clear red color of tin and spodumene, but this semester decided to proceed with work to obtain satisfactory results only by oxidizing firing for efficiency. The 8th recipe in the lower right corner is good in color and stable in flow, so it was chosen as the base glaze for this work.
