There will be exhibition about women’s rights from the Department of Photography at Chung-Ang University, so we'd like to ask you to promote it.
There will be exhibition about women’s rights from the Department of Photography at Chung-Ang University, so we'd like to ask you to promote it.
Though we have short period of time at the department gallery, we hope female classmates speak out regain their voice again. Our voice can create a better society.

Changing direction of women student council without consent, rape issues inside photography department, sexual assault by professor of English literature at Chung-Ang university and Indirect violence against a victim sexual violence. There's been a lot of incident through this year. Not only this year, many of these incidents of women's rights have been happening in Korean universities. Whenever it has happened the school has prioritised quieting things down. The crimes just became light gossip. We were uncomfortable with this silence. So we decided to make noise toward this silence. When small voices gathers, they become a loud voice. We hope that our voice for women's rights as exhibition grow into loud voices in our university.

This video is about Korean male rapper San E and his song 'Feminist'. After he released that song, there were many repercussions. Then San E upload posting that letter interpreting his own lyrics. In the genre of hip-hop, it was very unusual thing. He wouldn't admit his mistake until the end. So i juxtapose his lyric and posting for show his contradictions.
