The signs and symptoms of stress and anxiety can be almost anything. Stress affects the mind, body, and behaviour in many ways, and everyone experiences stress differently.

Stress Overload

It’s important to learn how to recognize when your stress levels are out of control. The most dangerous thing about stress is how easily it can creep up on you. You get used to it. It starts to feels familiar – even normal. You don’t notice how much it’s affecting you, even as it takes a heavy toll.

We use hypnotherapy with anxiety to change the thought processes that lead to stress, anxiety and panic to reduce the anxiety levels previously experienced in a given situation.

This is done by changing the underlying belief systems that support the stress, anxiety and panic.

We access these beliefs by using hypnosis, and hypnotherapy is the process we use to collapse the anxiety.

Once the underlying beliefs have been collapsed the anxiety symptoms will be changed permanently.
