Although 2 sessions will usually give you short term benefits, most hypnotherapists recognize that the best thing for their patients is for them to be buying a series of treatments, to make the changes that you desire long lasting. I feel privileged to be able to facilitate and support you, to enable you to move forward into a positive future.

I passed my Higher Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis in 2010 with the well respected “Clinical Hypnosis Institute” in Kent, and I have over 50 years of life experience. 

I have also continued my training within the therapy field to expand my knowledge, so that I am able to offer varied solutions and better results with a wide range of subjects.

This enables me to work with you in a solution focused way, with a down to earth, sensitive and empathic approach, and to address those issues which stop you achieving you goals.
