Kamadhenu is a divine Hindu goddess depicted in the form of a wish-fulfilling cow. In Hinduism, cows are deeply revered and hold a sacred status, partly because each part of the cow is believed to represent a different Hindu deity. As a result, cows frequently appear in Indian art, rituals, and cultural ceremonies.
The cow symbolizes maternal love and is honored for her nurturing qualities—providing sustenance, protection, and care. This is often illustrated by the image of a calf standing close to its mother. Kamadhenu, in particular, is considered a source of abundance and peace. She is also known by the name "Surabhi" in some regions.
Worshipping Kamadhenu is believed to bring wealth, harmony, and spiritual growth into one’s life.
