Grade 7
I’ve been learning Madhubani art for about over 2 years, and my passion for this traditional Indian art form has been growing ever since. I love exploring different patterns and colors in my classes at Deepti Designs. In addition to Madhubani, I also enjoy working with oils and watercolors. I’ve had the opportunity to sell my artwork at various business fairs, and one of my pieces was presented to the Consulate General of India, while another was gifted to the director’s office at Homeward Pet Rescue. I’m excited to share my journey and creativity through these paintings!
“Swirl of Colors” is a mandala made up of intricate patterns that expand outward in balanced, repeating shapes. The design flows in a circular motion, with colors that blend and contrast to create movement and depth. Each layer adds detail and complexity, drawing the eye toward the center while still encouraging it to travel along the swirling lines. The overall effect is calm yet energetic, inviting the viewer to pause and explore the shapes and colors.
