CLASS / MASS ATTENDANCE POLICY:
Attendance is mandatory.
Roll call will be taken and Homily Reflection requested.
If you miss the Sunday class, you must attend the Monday class.
Missing two unexcused classes will result in being dropped.
this is especially true if you go incommicado without an appropriate explanation.
Sunday attendees must attend Mass before or after class.
If 2 Masses are missed, you will be dropped.
Any refusal or delay to complete mandated requests for needed documents and or obtain the suitable counseling requested may result in the postponement of the sacrament.
Failure to adhere to policy and commitment guidelines may result in the postponement of the sacrament.

Prayer: The Act of Contrition
Married by a priest in a Catholic Church.
Proof of receiving their First Communion.
Proof of receiving their Confirmation.
*Active Catholic that Attends Mass.
If the prospective godparent is single then Certificate of Confirmation is required
If the prospective godparent is married then a Certificate of the sacrament Matrimony in a catholic church is required.
**If the godparent happens to be divorced then they cannot be remarried under any circumstance or they have received an annullment from the Catholic Church.
in which case a confirmation cerfificate is required
If annulled then the annulment document must be presented.
Candidates seeking to join the confirmation program who are living in an unmarried union, MUST make an appointment to meet with the parish pastor regarding guidelines and any additional preparation. The scheduling of the appointment must occur prior to the beginning of the instruction year. Not scheduling a meeting and counseling with a pastor will account for an incomplete registration.
Those who register late MUST make an appointment to meet with the parish pastor regarding guidelines and any additional preparation.
Failure to follow due diligence by immediate attention and action to any or all of the conditions above or in a similar action for counseling by a priest as recommended by the Religious Education ministry will forestall or potential delay for reception of the Sacrament of Confirmation.
Failure to observe any of the above commitment will delay the reception of the Sacrament of Confirmation.
