• Required for OCIA Registration

  • Registration packages may be picked up at the parish office:

    • please fill out the Enrollment Form.

    • Initial, sign and date the Agreement Form.

    • If you are joining OCIA as part of preparation for matrimony then you must have the Action Form completed and a meeting date scheduled with the Pastor or designated priest! If you have already had a metting with a priest or one already scheduled then indicate this in the Action Form.

  • At the time of registration you must provide all necessary certificates including  Birth Certificate.

  • If you are married, please bring a copy of your marriage certificate (Whether it was a Catholic Matrimony, of another faith or a Civil Marriage)

  • Currently scheduled class for English are held Monday night 6pm - 8pm. Spanish classes are held on Sundays at 11am.

  • The program concludes the following year at the beginning of June (Approximately).

  • Make sure you can commit to the times and the length of the program.

Adult Confirmation and OCIA:

Cost per person:               $ 200.oo  per Adult

Continuation:                    $  75.oo  per Adult

Pre-approved Matrimonial preparation:  $  75.oo  per Adult
            (Late fees do not apply for this)

Other Fees: Late Registration Fees:*   $ 30 / Student  / Non-Parishioners add: $20 per student.
