Enrollment is for those 18 (Or soon to be 18) and older

Birth Certificate is required!

Certificated for any prior sacrments are required as well matrimony or marriage license.

Required for OCIA Registration

• Registration packages may be picked up at the parish office:

  • please fill out the Enrollment Form.

  • Initial, sign and date the Agreement Form.

  • If you are joining OCIA as part of preparation for matrimony then you must have the action for completed and a meeting date scheduled with the Pastor or deignated priest!

• At the time of registration you must provide all ncessary certificates including  Birth Certificate.

• If you are married, please bring a copy of your marriage certificate (Whether it was a Catholic Matrimony, of another faith or a Civil Marriage)

• Currently scheduled class for English are Held Monday night 6pm - 8pm. Spnaish classes are held on Sundays at 11am.

• The program concludes the following year at the beginning of June (Approximately).

• Make sure you can commit to the times and the length of the program.
