He may look dangerous, but he really doesn't wish to harm anyone. However, everyone is afraid of him because of his snake arms. They sort of have minds of their own and snap without reason.

He isn't allowed anywhere is Carlosland except for the Carlos Woods, because Carlos feels bad for him. He doesn't like it there though, so he joined the lads of wastes in the badlands.
