Bard Bouy is the bad guy version of Art Bouy. As well as an excellent example of how bad guy is a relative term. To Art Bouy, Bard Bouy is an insufferable pawn in the hands of the cruel monarchs, but to Carlos, Bard Bouy's just a cool guy who get's a bad rap.

Bard Bouy lives in the City of Downpour along with his revolutionary counterpart, Art Bouy. Bard Bouy tries his best to be a mediator in all situations and protests against wars and violence whenever possible. (He was real big back when plants rights were first starting to pop up...)

However, his origin is still a mystery, questioning him about it only results in a soft chuckle and a "don't worry about it."
