Cloudy Boy's Embryan's brother. However, he is almost completely different. While Embryan is calm and collected, Cloudy Boy is wild and easy to enrage. He's frequently seen taking his brother's advice (or well, being forced by his brother) to fly around outside whenever he's angry, visiting with skyrians in the Badlands, pretending to be a rain cloud in CoD, the usual.
