The Bootleg

Karslov is a weird bootleg version of Carlos. He always tries to be around Carlos, mostly so he can research him to better imitate him. Karslov talks about respect a lot. Like to a comical extreme. Yes, Carlos also frequently talks about respect, but Karslov really tries to hammer it into literally anything he's talking about. Almost like he's completely missed the point.

Carlos also didn't make Karslov. This has led speculation into the existence of a possible second Cat Pencil. However, either it's not as powerful or the user isn't very good with it, as evident by Karslov's appearance and personality.
