The Construction Worker

Harvey was made by Carlos right after the Lads of Ire defeated the Council of Cats. All of the lad-made structures you see in Carlosland were made by him.

He's addicted to building. In fact, he's so addicted that he made an entire city of Legos somewhere out in the ocean. Almost no one knows where it is except for him, and a few Skyrians that flew by it once.

Also, he gets extremely mad if someone breaks his stuff. Like seriously, he will kick your carcass to the street if you do that.
