The City of Downpour is releasing a weekly newspaper to keep citizens up to date on the goings on in town. Despite things not really changing and also being a pretty consistent shade of depressing all around town, the weekly newspaper will try to be a source of both news and entertainment for lads, man, mutants and whatever else lies here in the accused city of tears.
To get your subscription, please visit me, Bard Bouy, at my apartment where I make and tell me if you'll want a subscription. I need to know how many to make.
