Rumble Rider is living the thug life. His family abandoned him as a kid, so ever since, he's been on the street, robbing convenient stores with a butter knife. He also drinks alot, and goes bowling, which is how he met Jonny Neils. But they're complete enemies. They never get along and are always competing with eachother.

Also, yes, his motorcycle was expensive, and yes, he stole it.
