01 - Fire

The element of all things bright and hot. (And that hurts when you touch...)

02 - Water

The element of all the wet stuff. Most liquids are also kinda considered water, in a weird way.

03 - Earth

Have you ever played Pokemon? Well this is basically the combination of both the grass and ground types.

04 - Diamond

The element of all things hard and rare. There are many changes between our world and the Lad world, but the rarity of diamonds isn't one of them.

05 - Spicy

The element of all things hot and eaten by cool kids who's parents could actually afford the spicy Cheetos!! You know kids like BRAD! I HATE BRAD!!! Iggy Ice Cream's favorite.

06 - Jello

The element of all things squishy and matter-defying. Jello is crazy, and believe it or not, actually makes up for 20% of the soil in the Carlos woods.

07 - Edgyness

Only the edgy possess this element. Lads trapped in the Realm of Shadows developed this element over time, as well as in the city of downpour. This element is dark and brutal, and quite powerful to have.

08 - Magic

Magic is a very powerful element. It takes fractions of each element and uses it as its own, in a lesser form. Any master of magic can harness all of the 72 mystical elements, but with less power. Wizards under the training of Carlos are learning to use this element.

09 - Nuclear

The nuclear element is one to fear. It's power let's it melt any physical thing in it's path, and it can only be stopped by the most powerful of elements. A master of nuclear energy has more power than you can possibly fathom.

10 - Time

Time has an unbelievable amount of usefulness. With this element, you basically have full control of the universe, and time criminals possessing this will go from time zone to time zone, changing things. Only Carlos is aware of this disturbance, and can stop them.

Currently no known weakness, apart from Carlos.

11 - Space/Aster

This is the element of the stars, space and all that jazz. It's a strong element being the one that makes up the stars, planets and even gravity, but it has very little effects on elements that aren't physical.

12 - Hope

Hope is a powerful element that is inside of every lad to some extent. While hope is a strong element on it's own, it can strongly amplify other elements with enough of it.

13 - Stress

Stress is another element that is inside of every lad to some degree. It, like hope, isn't very powerful on it's own. However, with enough of it, any other elements effects could be completely nullified.

14 - Bread

Bread (and I guess also toast...?) is the element that defines Lads like Carlos and Carlos Jr. and any of the other Carloses'. Naturally, this element is very strong, but bread does crumble in water.

15 - Flesh

Flesh is connect to people's physical bodies and forms. Because of this, it is also somewhat indirectly related to life.

16 - Law

Law originally referred to the laws of physics and chemistry, thus defining basic reality. However, as society advanced, the law element changed to include things such as rules and regulations. Many people can tap into law's modern form (rulers, police, ect.) but very few can access it's original form.

17 - Mystery

Mystery is the element of the unknown, things that don't make sense, or things we physically can't make sense of. Any spells revolving around this element often have random or unknown effects.

17 - Wind

Wind, quite obviously, controls wind. However it also has control over things like the sky, and flight. This element also has a sort of underlining control/connection with flow, and movement.... Is... Is this just the breathe aspect from homestuck?

18 - Life

Unlike the flesh element, life is directly linked to, well, life. At first, users of this element may suffer against the elements of death and time, but masters of life can eventually bend the elements they're weak against into elements they're strong against, completely breaking the rules of time and death.

19 - Death

Death is a sad and dark element. Death effects everyone (except for edgelords). It strikes fear into the hearts of many, and a master of death is someone who should be feared by all.

While song does relate to music, it also relates into entertainment, happiness and (kinda, kinda not) stories.

All of the smartest minds have this one. But it's not just all about intelligence and IQ points, and coming up with the most clever cat puns. It's also about psychic powers!

Finite Elements

These elements are always here. They are the absolute basics of the Lad world.
