Larry is a lad. He is said to be a master of the law element, but doesn't consider himself one. He can only tap into its modern form.

Anyways, Larry is the judge in Carlosland. If there's any crimes, which there barely are, he is always there to decide their fate. He also has the power to detect when someone is lying, making him a very useful lad.
