Ruqie's a proud preacher off the religion of Carlam. Being there equivalent of a pope. He founded the religion after he was created by Carlos. Carlos usually gives a speech to the newly created lads about how, even though he made them, they are free to do whatever they want in life. However, when Ruqie was made something... Hectic... Happened, and Carlos had to go deal with it before giving Ruqie the speech. When Carlos came back, Ruqie already left.

He's fairly religious, telling people about Carlam whenever he can, but he respects others religions, just how Carlos teaches.
