Galactica

The Ultimate

Galactica is the ultimate being in the ladoverse. That is because he is Smokey's twin brother. (See the resemblance?)

Immediately after he was born, he left to create his own universe. He shaped the stars, the planets, and Carlosland itself. He even created the Council of Cats to help manage his universe for him.

Smokey was jealous of Galactica's success, that's why he plotted to take over the lad world.

Much like his brother, Galactica has power beyond your puny comprehension, and can wipe out the entire universe with the blink of an eye if he wanted to.

Also, he perceives time very differently than lower beings do. A few minutes for him feels like eons for others.
