Art Bouy

The Revolutionary

Art Bouy was raised in the City of Downpour after being banished at a young age. As an "adult" (Lads don't age, do they?), he started as a starving artist, but grew envious of Carlos and all his friends. He began to protest against Carlos. He hasn't gained much traction, but if he ever does he could pose a serious threat to the peace of the Lads.
