We know that your first few weeks with us are really important as you are learning all about RUSH and building relationships with your colleagues. Our induction process has been carefully planned out to offer you maximum support.

On your last day of training, you'll be booked onto further courses

In salon, discussion questions and consolidate learning from The RUSH Way
Ensure any further training is booked in as needed

Set simple learning objectives and expectations
End of Week 1
Informal 1-2-1 with your manager
Catch up call with HR

At the end of weeks 2 & 3 you'll have further informal 1-2-1s with your manager.
At week 4 you'll have your first probation review, during which your targets will be reviewed, further training will be booked and your Employee Progression Checklist will start being signed off.
At week 8 you'll have your second probation review, during which your manager will discuss any targets that aren't being met and look at additional support and will continue to sign off your Employee Progression Checklist.
At week 12 you'll have your third (and hopefully final) probation review, during which your manager will discuss your overall performance and your Employee Progression Checklist and will confirm the status of your probation (see Probation Period policy).
