If you do decide to leave us, your notice period is set out in your contract of employment. If you can't honour your notice period, please speak to your manager as we may be able to reach an agreement.
You should submit your resignation to your manager - ideally we'd prefer this in writing, but we will accept notification from you via email or messaging systems if that's your normal way of communicating with us. We'd love it if you could tell us why you are leaving and we may ask you to attend an exit meeting and/or send you an anonymous feedback form so we can get valuable insight from you.
Once we've confirmed your leaving date, you'll be paid any monies owed in the next normal pay run and then your P45 will be sent to you.
Any RUSH property must be returned to your manager on your last day - if it isn't we may deduct the cost of replacements from your final wage.
