Retirement

Eventually there'll come a point where you'll want to consider retiring. We don't have a fixed retirement age, it needs to be your choice and we'll never pressurise you into resigning because you've reached a certain age.

You can choose to retire voluntarily at any time by giving us notice (and there's a handy form below to help), but it would help us greatly if you could discuss your plans with us in advance so we can involve you in the process and your successor can share in your wealth of knowledge and experience.
