We'll only view CCTV footage if there's been an incident that CCTV footage may assist with, or if we need to monitor CCTV to cover areas of the salon that are not visible to our team.

health & safety
prevention and detection of crime
ensuring compliance with policies
ensuring compliance with working time regulations
evidence in a disciplinary or grievance, or where a dispute arises over timekeeping or attendance
Our use of CCTV is proportionate taking into account business reasons and the benefits of the use of the system and the impact it has on the privacy of our teams.
