You are a brand ambassador for RUSH and need to be presentable, clean, tidy and well groomed at all times, including whilst training. Our salon teams work closely with their clients and need to have high levels of personal hygiene. Dress like every day is your first day of work with RUSH!
If you're salon based, you need to wear clean black or white clothing. You need to be well-groomed with presentable hair, well manicured nails and high standards of personal hygiene. Your cleavage, shoulders and midriff should be covered at all times. You also need to ensure your clothes are well maintained (i.e. no holes in tights/leggings) and without bleach or colour stains.
If you're not salon based, we have no formal dress code but you must be clean, well-groomed and presentable at all times. There may be occasions where some roles will require business dress when holding certain meetings, but we'll advise you of this individually.
You should avoid wearing clothing that shows your underwear, anything with inappropriate or offensive slogans or images, excessively short skirts, dresses or shorts, vests, crop tops or strappy tops.
Clothes that are deemed too casual for work should not be worn - this includes hoodies, sportswear, flip-flops, UGG boots (or similar) or crocs.
Open toe sandals are to be work at your own risk as they do pose a health & safety risk.
Please be mindful of your health and safety and don't wear jewellery that could compromise your, or others safety.
Some tasks may require you to wear personal protective equipment, which will be made available to you. If you don't wear the protective clothing and equipment we provide, this could be a breach of health & safety and result in disciplinary action.
