Don't engage in buying and selling or online auctions
Keep passwords secure
Lock your computer when not in use
Store any company laptops or devices securely
Never leave your laptop in an unattended vehicle
Don't upload, download or transmit copyright or commercial software belonging to others
If you become aware of any security breaches, please tell your manager or IT
Yes, we monitor usage of all our systems to make sure there's no misuse and everyone is complying with data protection. Please do not expect privacy if you are sending emails through our systems. We may access your company email at any time, including when you are on holiday or absent.
