A tea pink color with lychee and mother-of-pearl reflections, surrounded by a subtly roasted halo. The nose reveals an enticing expression of country and sweet notes: Graphite, honeysuckle, English candy, banana, lemon balm and barley sugar. The palate adds deliciousness and aromatics.

For lovers of pure sensations, a 100% Pinot Noir vintage with no dosage. Only the natural residual sugar remains, less than 2 g per bottle. In addition, the use of a very minimal amount of sulfur gives the wine the freedom to express itself fully. The nose reveals a fruit that is both crisp and ripe.

The palate is straight, pure, with a lot of finesse and freshness. Vermilion gold color. Nose of freshly pressed black grapes, red and white fruits and citrus fruits. Ample palate of vine peach pulp and bouquet of aromatic herbs. Small spicy notes on the finish.
