At first glance we detect melted tannins. The palate is round and silky with a brioche and honeyed approach. Here the time spent in barrel brings additional complexity with the flavors of the wood and tannins of the Persian wine (endemic grape variety of Maurienne) passed there.

This powerful beer will ideally pair with a tasty dish.

Try it with our Argentinian Asado Bonheurs or Indian Tandoori & it will go wonderfully with our Sybel'Miches
