For Brice OMONT, being a winegrower means going to the end of things. Amethyst in red, Schist & Quartz in white, are the wines of stubbornness and extreme. Planted in Cevins, on shale terraces with slopes of up to 60%. Vines abandoned for a long time, the weeds had completely invaded the land. They have been reworked entirely by hand since 1998. Biodynamic viticulture is heroic here, the yields are very low. These wines are the quintessence of this crazy work
IGP Vin des Allobroges, Cevins
Blend of four typically Savoyard grape varieties, Jacquère, Roussanne, Malvoisie, Mondeuse Blanche aged for 12 months in barrels. This vintage is only produced at 8000 bottles! The aromas of dried & delicately smoked fruits inevitably recall old Riesling. The liveliness is as sharp as a blade of shale but perfectly softened by the pulpy texture. Airy, crystalline and vibrating ....
you have guessed that it is Savoyard jewellery ...

La Cave des Vignerons de Buxy - Millebuis was born from the desire of winegrowers from the Côte Chalonnaise to unite around a common project: vinifying, maturing and marketing their wines together. An epic which began a little over 80 years ago and which has transformed into an exceptional human adventure...
Today, there are 120 family farms (on average 20 hectares of vines per family) which cultivate this vineyard by perpetuating the gestures passed down from generation to generation. The ambition is to create wines that reflect the excellence of the Côte Chalonnaise terroirs.
Pale yellow color tinged with gold reflections, luminous. Expressive nose mixing exoticism, iris and quince. A little fat lines the palate with citrus flavors, mango and a little almond. Juicy flesh as desired. Gourmet and precise finish
