On the palate, it is an explosion of aromas with scents of rose, apricot, and candied ginger. The mouth offers a nice picture combining greed, sweetness, and roundness.

Petite Arvine grape, originally from the Swiss Valais, well adapted to mountain climate, of Chignin. Pale yellow with green reflections, it develops an ample and complex bouquet with notes of lemon peel and fresh almonds. It reveals aromas of white peach and mirabelle plums. Expressive attack marked by minerality and a saline touch.

A wine that has nerve, fruit and a very nice structure.

For Brice OMONT, being a winegrower means going to the end of things. Amethyst in red, Schist & Quartz in white, are the wines of stubbornness and extreme. Planted in Cevins, on shale terraces with slopes of up to 60%. Vines abandoned for a long time, the weeds had completely invaded the land. They have been reworked entirely by hand since 1998. Biodynamic viticulture is heroic here, the yields are very low. These wines are the quintessence of this crazy work
