Pampelle Ruby, Champagne
Pampelle is distilled in Cognac, from Corsican fruits. The Star Ruby grapefruit variety was chosen for its intense color and delicious flavor. These certified organic fruits are considered one of the most difficult varieties to grow. After maceration of the fruit, a part is distilled in copper stills, in order to enhance the natural citrus aromas. To these are added peels of other quality citrus fruits, from all over the world: yuzu from Japan, citron from France as well as bitter orange from Haiti. Then mixed with quinine bark, gentian root bitters, and the signature brandy.

All manufacturing and packaging stages are carried out on site, with the greatest respect for the environment and the nature that surrounds it. The labels are attached using a milk-based glue and the packaging of the bottles is made from recycled paper.
The distillery's single still, with a capacity of 100 liters, can produce up to 135 bottles per distillation. The pure air and water of the surrounding mountains produces a natural gin of exceptional quality and flavor, the result of 100% artisanal manufacturing.

Regional whiskeys made from organic French barley, Vercors spring water and natural color. Distilled with a still unique in the world, at low temperature which distils gently and allows boiling at 50°C, far from the usual 100°C. This original distillation marks the floral and fruity aromatic line of the Sequoias.
