The Eve Tree transports light from the surface of the Sabaody Archipelago all the way down to Fishman Island at the bottom of the sea. Its ability to conduct light makes it perfect for weapons and shields alike, and if applied to a shield or a ship, it exudes a natural coating that allows even devil fruit users to explore the bottom of the sea.
Adam Wood

Adam Wood is the strongest wood there is. It comes from the ancient Treasure Tree, Adam, the oldest and strongest known tree. It is known for its capability to withstand any type of damage, from axes to fire. When applied to a ship, the helmsman can use their reaction to activate the Elemental Adaptation feature.
Each of these properties require gear made of the special material
Weapon Properties:
Elemental (Master): Weapons with this trait deal an extra 1d6 of the respective damage type. (Max 3d6 extra damage)
Switch (Special): Choose two weapons to combine into one. You can use a bonus action to switch between the two.
Modular (Special) (requires switch): You can upgrade the two weapons as if they each had their own upgrade slots.
Suppressant (Master): While a devil fruit user is in contact with this weapon, they must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or be incapacitated. They can make the save again at the start of each of their turns. While they are in contact with this weapon, any devil fruit effects, including zoan transformations, immediately end, and they are unable to use any devil fruit abilities until they cease contact with the seastone weapon.
Armor Properties:
Resistant (Master): You resist the stated damage type. If another instance of this property or fortified is applied to an item that already has it, the property is replaced, and the mod slots are freed.
Temperature protection (Apprentice): You do not suffer adverse effects as a result of being in the stated temperature.
Shock Absorption (Journeyman): You have resistance to fall damage.
Elemental Adaptation (Master): When hit by an attack dealing elemental damage, you may use a reaction to gain resistance to that damage type for the next minute. You can only be resistant to one damage type at a time as a result of this ability.
Fortified (Master): You have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage (choose when you create or purchase the armor). If another instance of this property or resistant is applied to an item that already has it, the property is replaced, and the mod slots are freed.
Diving (Journeyman): You gain a swimming speed equal to your walking speed, and you do not have to hold your breath.
Hooked (Apprentice): You can use an action to fire up to 60 ft of rope with a grappling hook at the end and embed it into a surface. You may also fire the hook as a reaction when falling. You may use a bonus action to retract the rope, pulling you to the point in which the hook is embedded.
Focus Properties:
Tuned: (Journeyman) (Requires: a material with the elemental property): Spells that do damage of the elemental type of the material used do an extra 1d6 damage.
Variable (Journeyman) (Requires: a material with the elemental property): A number of times per long rest equal to your proficiency bonus, you can change the damage type of a spell cast to the elemental material used.
