Ship has a passive evasion equal to its speed
Hunter can do an Evade DTA (2 DT) to increase the ship’s evasion by the result
Evasion- Navigation/Stealth
Tracking- Navigation/Survival
Hunter can do a tracking DTA (2 DT) to raise the tracking score
Once the tracking score reaches the evade score, PvP is forced

Naval Combat (Always assumed to be lethal unless you specifically have a feature that lets you breathe in or walk on water or fly)
Crewmates that can breathe in or walk on water or fly can rescue one crewmate

Lethal only if both players consent
Consequences for losing side
Bounty hunters can cash in on bounties
Marines/Bounty hunters can arrest pirates/revolutionaries
While a character is imprisoned, they can’t do anything until they get broken out
Winning crew can choose to spare the losing crew/take them captive
Once you reach paradise, you are eligible for PvP
There must be an admin or DM running the PvP. If there’s a ruling issue, contact an admin
Base 1 item taken from the loser's inventory as the reward + half their berry (unless agreed otherwise)
Both players make an agreement at the beginning of PvP. No changing the rules once PvP begins
