Looking at the stats, it's really weird how MIA even managed to win a game. They had really low hold, had the lowest prevent this week, fewest amount of pups, most Hold Against, and the lowest P/HA, and I haven't even gotten to the second table yet. On the other side of the spectrum, MB8 had the most hold, a high amount of prevent, the most pups, and a good P/HA. MB8 also ranked 2nd in H/G with 7.855 seconds per grab, and 1st in F/G, with 0.244, which is impressive since MB8 also had 18 more grabs than MIA. MIA ranked 9th in those categories. The only advantage MIA had over MB8 was their returns and tags, getting 11 more tags and 14 more returns, so that's nice.
Despite MIA having more returns and less pops than MB8, MB8 still had more NRTs and less NDPops. MB8 also had more long holds and a better P/R number. When looking at Chain% and Spark%, MIA actually had a better Chain rate at 70%, while MB8 had a 56% rate. MIA also had a 68% spark rate compared to MB8's 52.5%. When looking at the RIB% and QR%, MB8 has MIA beat in both categories. MB8 ranked 4th in RIB% and 5th in QR%, while MIA ranked 9th in RIB% and dead last in QR%. Having a 24% quick return rate is really bad, and can also be why MB8 has a very low F/G rate. In the end, despite all of this stat dominance from MB8, this ended up being a split, so yeet.
