I don't know who's dropping down to B-Team out of bibo or Helen Keller, but honestly I'd think Helen Keller would be the better player to drop down, because I think he has better two-way playing ability than bibo. But either player would be a nice start to the offense. But even if bibo or HK weren't on B-Team, the rest of this offense looks pretty capable in my eyes. naga was one of my favorite players back when I drafted him in S12, and he continued his good run of form until S15, where he had the 88 ONISH and was 4th in hold. I think he'll be a solid starting offender to pair up with bibo or HK here. Then Overkill, who just got the hammer as I was writing this (congrats!), is another very competent offender who will create a pretty deadly trio. Even after those three offenders, you have Sanitence, who's a great Euro offender, and then korso, who keeps getting underrated by captains but then ends up putting solid stats every season. This offense is honestly one of the deepest ones in the league, and that's an advantage because not every team has good third and fourth offenders to put in once the starters have exhausted their minutes. I think this is a stellar offense that is top three in the league, regarding talent and depth.
The defense is a little bit more iffy to me, only because you have a rookie and a sophomore as your starting defensive pair. renaskigo got a lot of hype and from looking at his eus, it looks like it's warranted. The guy is a return machine. He'll be paired up with wallsquirrel, whose rookie season with CCC wasn't the best, but he's probably a better defender than what his stats say. This is a weird defensive partnership, and I don't really feel like it could work, but rena seems to be able to lead the defense. And if wallsquirrel doesn't really gel with rena, you can have fanseman come into the fray, and he brings experience to this defense. I think fanseman's prevent-style defense can work well with rena's seemingly aggressive play. It's a decent defensive trio, and with this great offense, they don't need to be amazing, they just need to be good enough, and I think they are.
Every power ranker and the community thinks that this team is dead in the water, which is weird, because while none of these players really jump out to you as a bonafide star, they're all good players. I'm actually really interested in this team, because technically the player with the most NLTP experience here is korso. Everyone else has either come back from a break or is just starting out, and that's a team composition that I haven't seen in a long time. I want this team to do well, and I'm confident that they'll surprise a few people throughout the season.
