Elruna

Elruna is the term used by the locals to refer to those who arrive through the red portals. These individuals hail from other worlds, dimensions, times, and realities, and once they pass through, they cannot return to their previous lives. However, they can return once they grow powerful enough to undergo the return ritual. All Elruna are inherently Unbound.

Upon crossing through the portal, an Elruna’s form and abilities will shift to align with the species and skillsets of the new universe they enter. For instance, if you were a vampire in your original world, you would now be a revenant in this new reality, with abilities that reflect your past life but adapted to the new environment. If you had super strength before, you would likely put points in your strength stat. If you were skilled with a sword, you might find yourself progressing along the Warrior path.

The stats, skills, and feats you acquire will be influenced by your past experiences, but they will not be an exact match, as the realities are inherently different.
