Perfect for a satisfying lunch or light dinner, these wraps combine grilled or rotisserie chicken, crispy bacon, fresh greens, creamy avocado, and vibrant basil pesto. They're easy to prepare, customizable with your favorite toppings, and ideal for meal prepping or quick assembly on a busy day.
4 large tortillas (regular or gluten-free)
1 to 1½ cups grilled or rotisserie chicken, cubed or shredded
4 cups shredded lettuce or spinach
1 avocado, sliced or diced
¼ cup fresh basil leaves, torn
½ cup basil pesto
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
½ cup crumbled blue cheese or shredded cheddar
Optional add-ins: sliced red onion, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes
Prepare the Chicken
