This easy Buffalo Chicken Dip brings all the bold, spicy flavors of Buffalo wings into a creamy, cheesy dip that’s perfect for parties, game days, or casual family gatherings. It’s made with tender shredded chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, cream cheese, and a blend of cheeses. Baked until bubbly and golden, this dip is guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser every time.
2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or poached)
1 cup Buffalo-style hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (reserve ½ cup for topping)
1 cup shredded Colby–Monterey Jack cheese (reserve ½ cup for topping)
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat chicken and sauce: In an oven-safe skillet, combine the shredded chicken and Buffalo hot sauce. Warm over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
