4 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie or poached)
8 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
⅓ cup diced green onions
⅔ pint grape tomatoes, halved or quartered
1 avocado, diced (fold in just before serving)
½ cup plain Greek yogurt (optional; can be replaced with extra mayo)
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp ranch seasoning
½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
Make the dressing: In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt (if using), ranch seasoning, and pepper.
Combine: Stir in shredded chicken, bacon, and green onions until well coated.
Add tomatoes: Gently fold in tomato pieces.
