Except for Joyce Carol Oates, all the people on this page were identified by the FamilySearch.org website. The Kellogg family has been extensively researched to the 16/17th century. However, we did not personally research or select the people below. So if it seems somewhat sexist or some people are missing blame FamilySearch.org. And, although the research is purportedly solid, one mistake or misunderstanding could change this list.
note- As expected, the list has been changed. Some people were removed and some were added although many are the same. A few Olympic Athletes were added. Not shown below are nearly 100 church leaders recently added that most people wouldn't know. Everyone may not know all the people below but they are generally well-known publicly.
It's not evident any past or present Kleinhans family member including the Gormely/Kellogg branch was aware of this part of the family tree. Additionally, FamilySearch only includes deceased people so there are likely others. However, none of the people below would be considered close relatives of the Niagara County Kleinhans family. While it looks somewhat ridiculous there are so many Presidents Wikipedia implies it's not improbable since the Kellogg family has ties to the British Isles.Â
Wikipedia - The ancestral background of presidents of the United States has been relatively consistent throughout American history. With the exception of Martin Van Buren and perhaps Dwight D. Eisenhower, every president has ancestors from the British Isles, which in turn makes many of them distantly related to one another.Â
